Tell us what you need- 01
How does Ringweld setup and pricing work?
Ringweld provides paid setup and ongoing support for missed-call text-backs, answers to common questions, lead follow-ups, and appointment booking. We review your current process, then share the proposed scope and pricing for you to approve before work begins.
- 02
What does ongoing support include?
Ringweld provides ongoing support as your process changes. If your calls, common questions, lead follow-ups, or appointment flow change, you can discuss updates to the agreed setup; what is included is agreed with you. Changes are configured and verified in the relevant existing tools before they are used.
- 03
What can a missed-call text-back do?
A text-back can give callers a clear next step when your team cannot answer. Its message, timing, and handoff depend on your phone and messaging setup; Ringweld configures and verifies the agreed workflow with you. It does not promise that a caller will reply or book.
- 04
Can Ringweld answer common customer questions?
Ringweld can help prepare answers to the questions your customers often ask, using information you approve about your business. The answers and any handoff for questions that need your team are agreed during setup and checked in your existing tools.
- 05
How do lead follow-ups fit my process?
Follow-ups can be scoped for new inquiries or open estimates. The trigger, timing, message, and route back to your team depend on how your business handles leads and what your current tools support; those details are configured and verified with you before use.
- 06
Can Ringweld help customers book appointments?
Ringweld can discuss appointment requests and compatible booking workflows. Missed-call appointment scheduling is optional to request but is currently unavailable: a real scheduling source must be connected, configured in your external tool, and verified with a test before it can be active. This app has no connected appointment source, so it cannot show live booked appointments.
- 07
Do I need to change my existing tools?
Ringweld starts by reviewing the phone, messaging, and scheduling tools your business already uses. Whether a workflow can be connected depends on those tools and their configuration, so Ringweld confirms the fit and tests the agreed setup with you before it goes live.
- 08
What if I am unsure about consent or opt-outs?
The setup request asks how your business currently handles consent and opt-outs. If you are unsure, you can say so and Ringweld can review those needs with you before setup. This FAQ does not set out legal, carrier, or tool-specific consent rules.
- 09
Does Ringweld guarantee more replies or bookings?
No specific number of replies, leads, or bookings is promised. Results depend on your workflow, its configuration and verification in your existing tools, and how customers and your team respond.
