Ringweld / Service guide

How Ringweld works

Ringweld is a managed setup and support service for U.S. small businesses. You request help with a workflow; Ringweld configures it around the business tools you already use, then supports it as your process changes.

Each engagement starts with a request. Ringweld reviews the fit and confirms scope and price with you before setup begins.

Request setup

From request to ongoing support

A practical path from the way things work today.

  1. 01

    Start with your day-to-day

Tell us where calls, customer questions, lead follow-ups, or appointment requests get stuck—and which tools your business already uses.

  2. 02

    Agree on a clear scope

Ringweld reviews the fit with you and shares the proposed setup, ongoing support, and price before any work begins.

  3. 03

    Configure, verify, support

For an agreed workflow, Ringweld configures the connections and behavior, verifies how it works, and stays available as your process changes.

Before a workflow is available

Configured first. Verified before use.

Automations are unavailable until their specific workflows have been configured and verified. Sending a request does not activate an automation; availability depends on the agreed workflow and its connections being set up and checked.

Customer preferences

Build the conversation around your customers.

If a workflow includes customer messages, setup includes a conversation about how your business wants permission handled and how people can opt out. Those preferences are considered alongside the intended message and the tools already in use before a setup is proposed.
